Director, Benefits & Wellness

Description: Leads the Benefit and Wellness function to deliver US benefit plan and wellness services for US based health and welfare plans, retirement, pension, and employee recognition/rewards programs. Our competitive compensation and benefit programs reflect Boehringer Ingelheim's high regard for our employees.   Duties & Responsibilities: Develop plan design, communications and administration for US wide benefit and wellness plans that align with the US business strategies and priorities Partner with the Talent & Learning Organization and Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement office to establish long term goals for the company's work/life initiatives and company's external brand reputation Develop and manage the fringe benefits budget as well as the internal benefits costs Develop staff to ensure appropriate succession depth and knowledge sharing Requirements: Bachelors degree and 10-12 years in HR with an emphasis in employee benefits. HR Business Partner experience a plus. Knowledge of budget planning, high degree of understanding of regulatory and compliance in the health and welfare areas. Visionary leadership with a strong focus on partnering across all functions within HR with a focus on employee satisfaction and attraction of external talent. Teamwork, collaboration and strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to handle multiple projects/initiatives by providing management oversight as well as analytical and communication skills. Experience in mergers and acquisitions a plus. Eligibility Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
