Responsibilities
The Associate Brand Manager - Marketing is responsible for the development and execution of a consumer-focused brand strategy and implementation of Lilly USA Marketing processes within the Lilly Boehringer Ingelheim Alliance.

The Associate Brand Manager of Marketings responsibilities are listed below. An Associate Brand Manager of Marketing may not perform all of the tasks listed.
Brand Strategy Development
Strategic Brand Development
Help define consumer target and lead messaging strategy.
Lead consumer direction and provide input to brand business plan.
Provide input to tactical development and media spend strategy.
Consumer Experience
Provide input and help to create the direction for a positive patient experience.
Recommend and monitor key insight(s) for brand in partnership with Alliance Market Research and agencies.
Lead and/or participate in development of customer council required elements and materials.
Message / Creative Development
Lead development and selection of consumer focused messaging in partnership with agency and market research.
Actively participate in agency-led development of creative platform, review and recommend revisions to the creative brief and the creative expression of the creative platform.
Tactic Execution and Assessment
Devise and lead execution of launch tactics to drive consumer awareness and call to action behind brand. Oversee and approve partner agencies recommendations.
Monitor performance of consumer tactics via performance metrics determined by brand and agency.
Develop measurement plan for tactics in area of responsibility. (May partner with Analytics / LMR, as well as agency partners, to design and oversee implementation of the measurement plan).
Assess major tactics and devise acceleration or course corrections as needed, to achieve / exceed planned results.
Approve all tactic briefs, estimates, and timelines and work to solve issues / roadblocks.
Operations Support
Channel Execution
Responsible for channel strategy for the brand.
Responsible for execution of the marketing plans in partnership with the team to deliver annual business plan goals.
Partner Relationship Management
Accountable for relationship with external agencies, day-to-day relationship with business partners.
Foster productive agency relationships and manage integration among agency partners.
Budget Management
Accountable and owner of budget.
Make recommendations to team on budget trade-off decisions.
Risk Management
Responsible for understanding, implementing, and adhering to company policies, processes and external obligations, as applicable.
Tactic Development
New Method of Promotion : Accountable for assessing new promotional delivery methods, obtaining appropriate reviews and approvals, and completing appropriate documentation.
Prepare, Create, Approve : Responsible for deliverables, provide input on deliverable / project plans and on deliverable creation, verify appropriate functions have been consulted, ensure deliverables align with brand strategy, and escalate issues as needed.
Website Management: Serve as Website Owner. Responsibilities include: providing oversight of website content, ensuring development and maintenance is performed in accordance with procedures, providing consultation to project manager and others, ensuring all appropriate quality checks are performed, and ensuring periodic reviews conducted.
Tactic Discontinuation and Retirement Management : Accountable for discontinuation plans, including participation in development and approving plans.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
At least 3 years of pharmaceutical industry or consumer marketing experience
Experience with agencies / external partner vendors
Equivalent marketing/industry experience Qualified candidate must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
