This position will be located in Ridgefield, CT.

Job Description:
Pay:
$23.
49/hourLong Term Contract35-40 hours / weekHybrid Position - 2 to 3 days per week remote FunctionsProvide administrative and analytical support to the Leave Administration and HR Compliance Teams.
Manage process for security badge inactivation for employee's while on a leave of absence including tracking status, reporting and all communications.
Respond to all state leave of absence and disability forms by generating reports from SuccessFactors or SAP and analyzing data to accurately respond.
Respond to employee inquiries on LOA policies, programs, claim and pay status using SuccessFactors.
Manage LOA and Annual Compensation Cycle process.
Check coding, sorting and mailing from various sources (Payroll, states, etc.
).
Unemployment:
Respond to claim requests, provide data using SuccessFactors or SAP, conduct wage audits and assist with hearing requests.
Fulfill requests for employee's personnel files, check for DPN notices and audit all new hires and terminated employees for accuracy.
Qualifications3-5
years of relevant work experience.
Experience with SAP and / or Success Factors is a plus.
