Interior Design Assistant / Office Assistant

Must be proficient with Mac and PC, Excel, Quickbooks, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of CRM Software, such as, Houzz Pro, Dubsado or HoneyBook, Basecamp and or other technology required.
AUTO CAD drafting skills and or Sketchup is a HUGE Plus.
Job requires placing orders, vendor relations and follow ups.
Managing emails and organizing physical and digital library and office materials.
Must have great phone and people skills, excellent organization capabilities and able to do data entry for project specifications.
Help with assembling presentation boards and prepping for client meetings is essential.
Part time to start with additional work available based on skill level.
Pay is $20-$30/hr based on skill and capabilities.
Prior experience working in a design office is a plus.
May be required to do site visits with designer so dress should be presentable those days, casual otherwise.
Note taking, measuring, photographing spaces; some driving will be required.
Potential for full time based on skills and ability to learn.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
