We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Cashier at a corporate cafeteria.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service to both staff and visitors.
As a cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient transactions while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Assist customers in making menu choices and provide information about products.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients and nutritional information.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and sanitary work environment.
Replenish stock and keep track of inventory levels.
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.
Strong numerical and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills for processing transactions.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
